This policy explains what information K15 Labs, LLC ("K15 Labs," "we," "us") collects through this website and how it is used. It applies to visitors and prospective clients. It does not replace any data processing agreement that may be signed alongside a service agreement; that document governs how we handle a client's personal data during paid engagements.

• Information you give us when you fill in a contact or application form (name, work email, company, website, role needed, tech stack, timeline, budget, notes).
• Usage data from web analytics (pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location at the city level, device/browser).
• Marketing attribution: UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) when present on a link that brought you to the site.

• To reply to your message and qualify whether a pod is a fit.
• To send you the documents you ask for before any call.
• To measure marketing performance and improve the website (aggregate analytics, A/B layout tests).
