01The price

Two numbers run everything.

A base pod, and a per-developer price to grow it. That is the whole model - no tiers, no seats, no per-feature quotes.

Add up to four more AI-native developers to a pod - no job posting, no interviews, no hiring cycle. A developer added to a running pod usually starts within 7–14 days.

At six developers, a second pod opens automatically - its own Technical Lead included, and your Pod Owner stays the same.

We confirm role fit before any plan change. Nothing changes on your invoice until you have approved it in writing.

Pod Owners and Technical Leads never count against developer capacity - they are included in the pod price. Past 5 developers, a second pod opens with its own Technical Lead; your Pod Owner and way of working stay the same.

    A written delivery report every Friday - what shipped, what is next, and where the milestone stands.

  • AI tooling

    The pod works on K15 Labs-provided AI tooling at no extra cost - or on yours, if your compliance requires it.

  • The paperwork

    Standard NDA and MSA with IP ownership and talent protection inline; DPA on request. All readable on this site.

  • Ownership from day one

    Code, configuration, designs, and docs are yours from the moment they are created - in your accounts.

Billed separately

  • Cloud and SaaS costs

    Your infrastructure bills stay yours - or we run infra in our accounts and pass it through at cost.

  • Third-party licenses and APIs

    Paid APIs, licenses, and vendor subscriptions are billed to you directly.

  • Custom contract drafting

    The standard documents cover nearly everyone. Bespoke legal work is quoted separately.

  • On-site travel

    The pod works remotely in your tools. Travel, if ever needed, is agreed case by case.

  • After-hours pager rotation

    On-call and weekend incident response are add-ons, agreed in writing before they start.

How infra is billed - including the pass-through at-cost option - is laid out on environments.

04The terms

Nothing touches the invoice quietly.

Every rule that can affect your monthly number is on this page before you sign - and written into the agreement you can already read on the legal page.

Payment

First month upfront, then monthly.

  • First month paid upfront; monthly recurring after that.
  • 3-month minimum commitment.
  • Work starts after payment and signed contracts.
  • ACH Direct Debit preferred for US clients; card and wire available - wire recommended for larger accounts.

Cancellation

Leave with everything. Because you already have it.

  • Cancel any time after the minimum term with 30-day notice.
  • Effective at the end of the current billing period or the notice period, whichever is later.
  • Nothing to claw back, nothing to migrate - the work is already in your accounts.

Scaling up

One message. No hiring cycle.

  • Tell your Pod Owner; we confirm role fit before any change.
  • A developer added to a running pod usually starts within 7-14 days.
  • Your plan updates on the confirmed start date - never before you approve it in writing.

Scaling down

Just as simple, with a clean handover.

  • 30-day notice; effective at the next billing period.
  • A short transition window may be used for handover.
  • Open PRs, tickets, and context are handed over before anyone rolls off.

Pricing should not be the surprise.
